COVID-19 Update

April 2 Update
  1. Under the guidelines by the CDC, our governor, as well as the UNF, we are closing our physical location for routine eye care needs. 
  2. We are available with reduced hours over the phone and online. Check our Hours of Operation for latest operating hours.
  3. We are available for phone and telehealth consultation for urgent eye care and follow up appointments. Please call (904) 853-0767 to see if a telehealth visit is right for you. 
  4. If you call us during non-operating hours, please leave us a voicemail and we will get back to you to discuss your eye care needs. 
  5. If you ordered glasses and you received a message that they are ready to be picked up, please give us a call to arrange for pick up or mail delivery
  6. If you need to reorder your contact lenses, you can use our contact lens reorder website.  Our staff will receive notification and process your order. Your contact lens will be shipped directly to your home/office address you specified.
  7. If your contact lens prescription has expired and need to reorder lenses, we will extend your CL prescription at no charge so you can re-order sufficient supplies.  
  8. If you have a contact lens prescription from an outside provider, please provide us a current copy of your contact lens prescription when you order online. 
  9. If your glasses broke and in need of a new pair, please call us and we will help you so you can get replacement eye wear/lenses as soon as possible. 
March 24 update
  1. We will remain open with reduced hours due to the University moving to remote instructions and staff will be working remotely.
  2. We are taking extra precaution to thoroughly sanitizing our office throughout the day and at closing. Every frame will be cleaned and disinfected after being tried on to ensure cleanliness.
  3. All our staff and doctor will be wearing surgical mask during patient care hours as a precaution to protect and minimize risk of exposure for everyone.
  4. All equipment will be thoroughly cleaned after every appointment
  5. If you have any flu like symptoms, please call to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge.
  6. We will make staffing changes and space out appointments to ensure the office will not exceed 6 people at a time.
  7. We will advise everyone to clean their hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer upon check in.
  8. If you are experiencing a problem with your eye wear, we can help you acquire a backup pair, replace or provide you with new. Please call or email our office at
